All applications must be submitted electronically on the Electronic Diversity Visa website during the specified registration period.
According to the portal, late or paper registrations are not accepted. It also indicates that the law only allows one application by or for each person during each registration period, and if you submit more than one entry, you will be disqualified.
In order to apply to the visa lottery, applicants must be natives of countries considered “countries with historically low immigration rates in the United States.” Among the eligible countries of the American continent are Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Cuba, Panama, Peru, Venezuela, and Uruguay.
