The Special Traffic Court of the National District issued this Wednesday two months of preventive detention to the urban exponent Elvis Manuel Santos Alcántara, popularly known as Onguito Wa.
The court ordered that the measure, accepted by request of the National District Prosecutor’s Office, must be fulfilled at the Najayo-Mans Correction and Rehabilitation Center, located in San Cristóbal, because the defendant represented a flight risk.
Onguito was involved in a car accident on October 29, where Avener Elma, a Haitian national, lost his life, which is why the urban was identified as the driver of the Mercedes Benz SUV, license plate G579341, which frontally impacted the motorcycle that Avener Elma was driving, who died instantly.

The fatal victim had a girl who is currently one year old with her sentimental partner with whom he lived two years ago.
At the time of being hit, Avener Elma was traveling in his motor after he finished moving merchandise in the market from one place to another to sell it at dawn.
