New York-based Dominican journalist Darling Burdiez won her first Emmy award.

Darling, who worked in the SIN group and in 2018 signed a contract with the Telemundo network to be the presenter of Noticiero 47, shared the good news full of emotion on her Instagram account.

“When emotion invades words are unnecessary !! In this statuette, a heart full of gratitude, commitment, and dedication is captured. Proud and privileged to be part of the @ telemundo47 family Without further ado, here I present my first Emmy,” wrote the journalist next to the image with the statuette.

Darling Burdiez shared the host of the Noticias y Mucho Más program produced by the SIN Group by Color Vision with Nairobi Viloria.
