Tortuga Bay Puntacana Resort & Club is recognized for its community impact

The Tortuga Bay Puntacana Resort & Club hotel has been nominated in the Community category at the Virtuoso Luminaries, Legends and Leaders Celebration Gala, the world’s leading global network and luxury consortium, to be held within the framework of Virtuoso Travel Week 2021 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
On this occasion, Tortuga Bay is recognized for the actions and initiatives developed through Fundación Grupo Puntacana, such as the acquisition of vaccines to combat Covid-19 in the Eastern region, distribution of food rations, masks, ventilators, and medicines in Higüey during the Covid-19 pandemic, the development of its environmental initiatives through the Center for Sustainability and its social projects Centro de la Diversidad Infantil Puntacana (CEDI) and the Oscar de la Renta Pediatric Center.
