Abinader defines the support of the Country Brand as hopeful
President Luis Abinader defined as encouraging and hopeful the commitment that the private sector maintains with the defense of the Country Brand of the Dominican Republic.
The president expressed himself in those terms when participating in the Country Brand panel, held in Punta Cana, La Altagracia province.
“Thank you all for joining with a dedication to this battle, and being part of a whole, which is much bigger than each one of us, making it possible for more and more Dominicans to build their own paradises and be recognized as respectable citizens of the Republic of the World, ”said the president.
In his opinion, every day is an opportunity to build a better future, “and here we are showing that we are not going to waste it”.
During his speech at the event, President Abinader stated that there is no day or time to continue building a collective consciousness, for which he stated that the great objective is to raise the sense of belonging and love for who we are.
“I am full of pride to be able to show the world that we are joy, quality, attitude, respect and creativity,” said the president.
The head of state also added that, “it is that commitment to leaders, martyrs and their descendants, as well as to each cheerful Dominican, that gives me the strength every day to get up and exhaust 14-hour days a day, which are shaping and building positive change for all ”.
He also expressed that COVID-19 once again showed that our future and that of the world is a great game of chess, where if you are not attentive they put you in check and you lose the tournament.
“There were many who put their effort, their wealth, their life and their soul so that today all of us present here have the opportunity to say: We are that country in the world located on the same path as the Sun”.
