The Game of Legends of the National Federation of Professional Baseball Players will be held on December 4 at the Quisqueya Juan Marichal Stadium and will have the support of Major League Baseball, through its Partnership Program.
The information was offered by the executive director of Fenapepro, Vian Araujo, indicating that the event will benefit the foundations of Pedro Martínez and Nelson Cruz.
“For the first time MLB supports a massive baseball event and will be the link with the fans and the Dominican players,” said Araujo.
The third edition of the Game of Legends will be broadcast by Digital 15 and Telemicro Internacional, in addition to the digital platforms of DR Sport and the Lions of the Chosen, in addition to Fenapepro.
Activities will feature a celebrity game, a home run derby and a special tribute to Albert Pujols, who recently announced his retirement from the Major Leagues.
As an incentive for the fans, there will be an autograph signing area where the players will wear their Major League and Game of Legends jackets.
Tickets are now on sale at Uepa Tickets with cheaper prices than the games played at the Quisqueya Juan Marichal Stadium in the Dominican winter ball.
The Game of Legends will be produced by Alberto Zayas and executive produced by Fenapepro and Alofoke Media Group.
