The coronavirus has affected many artists, some of them make it known since they find out and others prefer to keep it private while they go through the difficult moment, as is the case of the merengue singer Sergio Vargas, who revealed that he was already infected with the disease and fortunately he has already overcome it.

“El Negrito de Villa” published a video on his Instagram account joking with a woman from his hometown, where they were both wearing masks and wrote: “Here in Villa many think that this friend and I are half crazy, but we walk with our mask”.

“I was already affected by the coronavirus and I went well. Thank God now I take care of myself more,” the singer revealed something that had not been made public so far.

He also took the opportunity to send a message to all his followers: “Protect yourselves, LIFE HAS NO RELEASE.”

During the confinement, the merengue singer interacted with his fans from his farm in Villa Altagracia and even offered two virtual concerts.
