Dominican Keren Montero participates in “America’s Got Talent: All Stars”

The young Dominican Keren Montero, who won the second season of Dominican’s Got Talent in 2021, is participating in “America’s Got Talent: All Stars” on the American network NBC.
In her first time in front of the jury made up of Heidi Klum, Simon Cowell and Howie Mandel, the singer spoke about her origins and her experience after having triumphed in the television competition in its Creole version and the opportunities she obtained, such as being a commercial image of various brands.
Without neglecting her spirituality, Montero was applauded by the audience for her interpretation of the gospel genre song “Rescue” by Lauren Daigle.
“The shy singer surprises the judges with her great voice!”, She quotes the text below the video on YouTube from the official channel of the TV show.
Judges’ comments:
“I think you gave yourself a real chance in this competition. You have such a powerful and beautiful voice. You sound amazing,” said German model, presenter, designer and actress Heidi Klum.
“I love the very soft voice range for singing. You made your country and your family very proud of you,” explained Howie Mandel, Canadian comedian and entertainer.
“Honestly, the talent we’re seeing from all over the world this year is truly amazing. So if you want my honest advice, it’s when you come to a show like this or something like that, you have to find a song and make it your unique version. I like it, but I think sometimes you have to do something that no one has done before,” said Simon Cowell, a British music producer and head of Sony Music.
“But I really like you. You are very humble. You are very… I am being looked at… I am trying to be constructive,” he added as those present booed him.
