Punta Cana set to complete mass vaccination in a month

The inhabitants of the main tourist area of ​​the Dominican Republic will be vaccinated in a month or at most in less than two months according to the planned injection rhythm.

Starting March 8th, the Punta Cana airport welcomes an average of 2,000 people in its terminal B to be vaccinated, following the protocols of the Ministry of Health.

People over sixty years of age, educators, and health personnel will get the vaccine at the airport.

Terminal B of the Punta Cana International Airport has been equipped with an area for the reception of documents, registration, 20 simultaneous vaccination posts, an observation area, and access to the parking lots of Terminal B, as well as with all the logistical equipment required by the Dominican government.
