Air Transat schedules flights to Punta Cana from Montreal and Toronto
The Canadian airline Air Transat, has already placed in scheduling and reservation system flights to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), Dominican Republic from Montreal Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL) and Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), with different start dates.
In that sense, Air Transat plans to restart flights from Montreal Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport, on July 30th, departing at 7:30 a.m. with an estimated time of arrival at Punta Cana International Airport at 11:15 a.m. in a flight of 3h 25 mins aboard an Airbus A321neo LR.
According to the data collected, for this route Air Transat will be operating a weekly flight in July and August, on Fridays, while as of September the increase to two flights per week is scheduled, adding the days Tuesday and later from November would increase to one daily flight (7 per week), maintaining this frequency until April 2022.
In the case of flights from Toronto Pearson International Airport, the Canadian airline is scheduled to restart its operations to the PUJ with two weekly flights (Thursday and Saturday), so that like flights from Montreal, increase to 7 weekly flights (One daily), from November to April 2022.
These flights will also be operated by an Airbus A321neo LR team with a time of 3h 20 minutes, departing at 6:30 a.m. with an estimated time of arrival at 10:50 a.m.
