Santo Domingo. – The President of the Dominican Republic, Luis Abinader, said that there would be audits of all the works that started in the past government of Danilo Medina.
Abinader stated that among these project audits will be the new Luis Eduardo Aybar Health City, of which the new president learned its details.
“Audits will be made of all the processes of the past government, as is normal when a government arrives … of everything,” said the president during the visit to the facilities of the medical center.
During the activity, President Abinader announced that they will finish the remaining developments of the hospital at the end of this year.
On July 9, 2013, the Office of Supervisory Engineers of State Works (Oisoe) and the Ministry of Public Health carried out the first step of the hospital work. Newspaper reports indicate that the investment is approximately four billion Dominican pesos.
