Taino Bay, the new cruise port in the city of Puerto Plata, is preparing to start its operations on December 15th with the arrival of the cruise ship MSC Seashore of the company MSC Cruises, the first of the two ships of the class.

Seaside EVO and with a new advanced air sanitation technology called “Safe Air” to further improve the quality and cleanliness of the air on board for passengers and crew.

This new ship inaugurated last November, has a maximum capacity of 1,648 passengers and begins its journey this season departing from the port of Miami (USA), visiting Ocho Ríos, Georgetown, Cozumel, Ocean Cay, San Juan, Charlotte Amalie, Puerto Plata (Taino Bay) and disembarkation in the port of Miami.

Other ships that are scheduled to arrive at the new Taino Bay port in Puerto Plata are the NCL Norwegian Escape, NCL Norwegian Encore, Norwegian Dawn and the MSC Seashore from Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL).

Also on schedule is the arrival of the Celebrity Constellation of the company Celebrity Cruises, which departs on December 11th with a 5-night tour that takes you through the Bahamas, Puerto Plata (Taino Bay), from Miami, Florida.
