The visitors can count on the safety of their families, thanks to the “Stay Safe with Meliá” program, audited by Bureau Veritas, a business group specialized in inspection and certification, guaranteeing the highest standards of health safety.

Meliá Hotels International held the first vaccination day for its employees from April 25-29th, in a process coordinated with the Public Health Department within the framework of its prioritization strategy for the tourism sector, in order to configure the country as a fully safe destination to host the millions of visitors they hope to receive, after so many months of the pandemic.

Santiago Rivera revealed that the second and final dose of the vaccine is scheduled for May 25th, after which the vast majority of the 2,200 Meliá Group employees in the destination will have been immunized.
