Mario Oliver Jutard’s family demands the arrest of his killers
The family of American businessman Mario Jack Oliver Jutard, ex-boyfriend of Princess Estefania of Monaco, today demanded that the authorities arrest those responsible for her death, which occurred last October in the municipality of Las Terrenas, Samaná.
Lianmy Jackson and Eduardo Tavárez, lawyers for the Jutard family, request the intervention of President Luis Abinader, in order to find the whereabouts of those guilty of the crime that affects the international community.
“We want justice and that those responsible pay for the act, for the good of the country, the development of tourism, legal certainty, foreign investment, and Justice. We demand that those responsible be arrested and prosecuted for this horrendous crime of this good man and foreign investor”, the lawyers said.
They said that it is a fact that seriously affects tourism, which is why they understand that the authorities should treat it with the utmost importance.
Oliver, 71, was found dead and gagged at his residence in the Las Ballenas sector, in Las Terrenas, without the authorities yet finding the whereabouts of those responsible for his death.
The killers took several Rolex brand watches and a safe.
Oliver was a renowned businessman, owner and founder of a restaurant chain in the exclusive sector of Beverly Hills California.
The billionaire would have founded the chain in the 80s, and his establishments were frequented by celebrities and Hollywood celebrities.
