Challenges and opportunities of human resources in health and wellness tourism
The 4th International Health and Wellness Tourism Congress will debate about important issues of the national agenda and proposals to consolidate the strategic planning of the human resources of the industry.
It is essential to broaden the academic offer and prepare ourselves by counting on the technical and professional skills that the country requires to upgrade its competitiveness.
At the congress, Dr. Julio Castaños Guzman hosts the “Challenges and Opportunities of Human Resources” panel.
“The human resources of a country are its main asset and its training, adaptability, leadership, and ability to innovate will make the difference of our future,” said Dr. Castaños Guzman on a statement.
Dr. Julio Amado Castaños Guzmán is the Dean of the Iberoamerican University (Unibe), a strong academic supporter of the industry, and he is joined at the panel by:
Rolando Guzman, Dean of the Technological Institute of Santo Domingo (INTEC)
Rafael Ovalles, General Director of the Institute of Technical Professional Training (INFOTEP)
Rev. Dr. Ramon A. de la Cruz Baldera, Dean of the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM).
Education, health, and tourism are intertwined and present great challenges to be strengthened in a globalized world with a changing environment.
