Avianca reactivates the Medellín-Punta Cana route
In the framework of the reactivation of the tourism industry, the Colombian airline Avianca has defined a series of flights at an international level, among which is Medellín-Punta Punta
The company reopened seven routes in June, linking Bogotá with La Paz and Santa Cruz de la Sierra (VVI) in Bolivia; Washington (IAD), Los Angeles (LAX), and Fort Lauderdale (FLL) in the United States; San Juan (SJU) in Puerto Rico and Panama City (PTY).
Then in July, they will join from the Colombian capital São Paulo (GRU) and Rio de Janeiro (GIG) in Brazil; Barcelona (BCN) in Spain; from Medellín (MDE) to Punta Cana (PUJ) in the Dominican Republic and Cancun (CUN) in Mexico. In addition, Santiago de Cali (CLO) opens with Orlando (MCO).
The airline currently offers more than 350,000 weekly seats on more than 1,200 flights, with more than 90 active routes throughout its network.
It includes the domestic operation in Colombia and Ecuador, the extensive network of international operations in Colombia, and the robust operation from Central America to North and South America.
