Air Transat schedules flights from Montreal to Puerto Plata, Samaná, and La Romana
The Canadian airline Air Transat has included in its schedule of flights from Montreal to three destinations in the Dominican Republic, in addition to increasing operations to Punta Cana for the Winter 2020/2021 season according to information collected by Infotur Dominicano.
The restart of operations from the Canadian capital and Toronto to Punta Cana began on July 25th. To this destination, Air Transat plans to increase the number of flights to two a week by September (Thursdays and Sundays). Since November the airline will add a flight on Tuesdays, and other three weekly flights.
For December, the increase in the number of flights continues, establishing six a week for the end of the month, continuing in this way in the month of January 2021 operating from Sunday to Friday.
While for Puerto Plata, operations are scheduled to start on November 2nd with weekly flights, on Fridays, and then for December, it has established 04 flights (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday), maintaining this frequency until March 2021, according to the data obtained by Infotur Dominicano.
Samaná is another destination that is on Air Transat’s flight plans. These will start from November 1st with a weekly flight, operating on Sundays. and in the case of flights to La Romana, they are scheduled to start from December 21st to April 12th, with one flight every Monday.
